An online system which is driven by a set user defined procedure maps that ensure that the correct processess are followed at all stages of an investigation. ICM produces standard letters and pre-formatted notes. ICM also consists of a shared intelligence database that enables organisations to work together. RITE-PV is an online system for the recording of abuse of staff and/or customers. recorded information is shared with other users of the system to build up a national database of offenders. The information is recorded in such a way as to ensure that data protection is observed but at the same time the risk to your staff and other law abiding citizens is protected.
