RITE-ICM - Investigation Case Management System

RITE-ICM is our investigation case management system. Designed specifically with fraud investigation in mind it could actually be set up as a case management system for any evidential investigation.

The system has a number of powerful features:

• Mapped user processes - these ensure that event follows event and that all processes are followed and correct conclusions can be drawn
• Standard letters and notes - to reduce the amount of work by the investigator there are plenty of user defined letters and case notes to make sure that events are recorded correctly
• Recording of facts and evidence - all discovery, conclusions and evidence trial can be recorded on the system to ensure that the integrity of the investigation is maintained and that the proper conclusions can be drawn
• Shared intelligence - appropriate intelligence is recorded across the system. All intelligence is graded and is only shared within the data protection act.
• Statistical information - the system has many features that make sure that managers can see the status of investigations and check on the range of statistically information on the performance of the team.

We believe for the level of sophistication and the range of facilities that this is a very powerful system. However, we also are committed to delivering value for money, therefore this system is priced at a level to meet the pocket of most organisations

When we say value for money that is exactly what we mean. While our competitors hide the true cost of their systems behind a smoke screen of additional changes for things like training and support and through complicated pricing arrangements, we keep everything simple. We even run the system on our own servers to save the cost of additional IT and the need to have to dedicate staff to install new releases. We do everything for you. All you have to do is investigate your cases.

One special item of note is security. We use tri-security-level systems. Encrypted databases kept at secret locations, encoded transfer of data across the net, finally passworded systems (Which are automatically changed every thirty-days). All of this along with state of the art virus checking.
