RITE-PV Potenially Violent and High Risk Management System

RITE-PV is our high risk, potentially violent and abuse case management system. Designed specifically for organisations who deal directly with customers who could be potentially violent.

This is a simple but powerful system that can be used in a number of situation, for example

• To identify dangerous areas or people before you send out your visiting officers, sales staff, engineers, surveyors or agents
• To ensure that you have the proper arrangements in place before you invite in a potentially violent customer into your offices

The system has a number of powerful features:
• simple screens for the recording of events
• tightly controlled administration system to ensure that you act within the data protection and human rights acts
• Standard letters to make sure that events are recorded correctly and that the accosted and accused are notified that action is being taken
• Shared intelligence - appropriate intelligence is recorded across the system is only shared within the data protection act.

Like our RITE-ICM we believe that price of this system should be at a level that makes it available to all organisations who value the safety of their staff and their customers.

One special item of note is security. We use tri-security-level systems. Encrypted databases kept at secret locations, encoded transfer of data across the net, finally passworded systems (Which are automatically changed every thirty-days). All of this along with state of the art virus checking.
